Visualisation and meditation

Updated: Jan 3, 2021

Visualisations and meditations are an integral part of my life. I would say more visualisations than meditations. While meditating, I allow myself not to think about anything. During visualization, I create my reality, my plans and dreams, which is why this is the form that suits me better. If we combine this image with emotions, we get a recipe for success! Well, it is not enough to imagine your goal, you should add emotions and feel as if your goal has already been fulfilled. Therefore it is important to believe that we are already on the right track.

I like to meditate in the bosom of nature, when I hear birds singing, the wind dancing among the trees or a whisper of a flowing river. I cannot say that I don't want to waste my life on meditation, because it would be an exaggeration and not true, but at the moment I get more benefits from visualization and I need that more.

I always start and end my day with visualization. I also use the Healing Codes daily (Alexander Loyd). My children did not want to participate in this at first. They didn't even pay attention to it. Then they began to stare after a while. Then they started asking questions, and finally one day they came themselves (especially the younger daughter) and started visualizing with me. They don't do it regularly, just when they feel like it. I do not expect them to do so either, but they know and understand that it is important. It showed me once again that when the child is ready, he will come hungry for information. The most important thing is to set a good example in your daily life. Children have a really huge imagination and it is not difficult for them to visualize. They only need guidance at the beginning, and sometimes a short and simple visualization by the parent.
